Minutes of the Village of Potter Plan Commission Meeting

December 13, 2011

The Village of Potter Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 7:32 p.m. by village trustee Amy Zweber.  Others in attendance were Nic Armbruster, Doug Lau, Dennis Gruett, Rob Schoen, Dan Voss, Sheila Vandenhouten, and Russ Wurm.

Notation was made that proper posting had been carried out at the Potter Post Office, Potter Village Hall, and Gruett’s.

A motion was made by Sheila Vandenhouten and seconded by Amy Zweber to approve the minutes of the previous Plan Commission meeting from October 27, 2011.

A motion was made to approve the amendments to the zoning ordinance by Sheila Vandenhouten and seconded by Nic Armbruster.

Motion to adjourn was made by Sheila Vandenhouten and seconded by Russ Wurm.  Meeting adjourned at 7:39 p.m.
